2008 Council of Forest Industries Convention

"A Climate for Change, A Future of Opportunity"

The 2008 COFI AGM held in Kelowna in April was a huge success, with over 500 delegates attending panel sessions and speakers under this year's theme, "A Climate for Change, A Future of Opportunity".

Deb Bazett from COFI South Forest Education manned a booth exhibit as part of the tradeshow at the convention, displaying an array of forest education materials used in schools around the province's Interior, assisted by forest educators, Jennifer Stewart and Kalon Nahachewsky from Okanagan/Columbia Forest Education.
