Forest Education in Revelstoke

Once again forestry personnel in Revelstoke are rallying to help out a new forest science teacher.  Jennifer McDougall agreed to cover the class, but noted that she didn’t have a forestry background.  The local forestry personnel offered to help out, which has enabled the class to have some “expert” instruction and gain first-hand experience.  Way to go Revelstoke!!

ILA Forest Education Van visited Revelstoke elementary schools at the end of May, 25 classes went through.
