New Additions to Learn
Forestry website:
- All of the newly-updated Grade 5 teaching
kit lessons and activities for "Our Living
Resource- The Forest" is now up on the website
with a new easy-to-access format under "Lesson Plans"
- The
trailer for "CLEM - A Journey
into BC's Logging Industry" is also available
for viewing. Lessons and activities for the "Careers and
Technology" section
of the Gr. 5 kit above, of which CLEM is a part, can be seen
under Section 7 of the Gr. 5 kit lessons. For more info on "CLEM",
see the "Okanagan-Columbia" section of this newsletter.
- The NFW 2006 lesson on "The
Amazing Diversity of BC's Forests" will also be
up soon.
