Interior Logging Association Trades Convention's Forestry Career Fair

Once again the ILA Trades Convention will take place in Vernon from April 19-21/07.  Debbie Sluggett will be organizing another mini-career fair to be a component of this event on April 20th and 21st. There will be representation from the forestry and trades faculties of most of BC’s post-secondary schools, with a new participant being the University of Alberta.  Students from schools in the Okanagan-Columbia region will be invited to attend the event on the Friday.  The aim is to give students and parents a chance to talk to faculty members about career opportunities in forestry and related trades, as well as specifics about the courses, accommodation, etc. offered at their school.
