Post-Secondary Recruiter Tours for 2005/2006

In November, Debbie and Kalon hosted recruiters from the forestry programs at UBC and BCIT, visiting eight high schools within the Okanagan-Columbia zone. Presentations by Kelly Hatfull (BCIT) and Neil Davis (UBC) were well-received, reaching approximately 500 students. The following schools participated: South Okanagan Secondary, Osoyoos Secondary, Charles Bloom Secondary, Pleasant Valley Secondary, AL Fortune Secondary, Kings Christian School and Salmon Arm Secondary's Jackson and Sullivan Campuses. Another recruiter tour is being planned for early April.
