Selkirk Recruiter Tour

Pete Schroder, School Chair of Renewable Resources at Selkirk College, visited Rutland Secondary School in Kelowna and Pleasant Valley Senior Secondary School in Armstrong. He gave a general presentation to a variety of students on what Selkirk has to offer in terms of forestry-related programs. He then involved the forestry students in an exercise that got the students thinking about appropriate harvesting methods and techniques.
